What do you like best about ISL Online?

I really like it for 2FA authentication with remote access capabilities making it my best choice for it's security. Reliable for faster file transfer. Great for meeting recordings with cloud storage. Nice and intuitive interface to easily navigate. Impressive for multi-session capabilities for supporting multiple users remotely. Effective with customer responsiveness which are ready to help. What do you dislike about ISL Online?

What do you like best about ISL Online?

Ease of use, security and privacy are key points for us, and ISL offers this, since every session is done under a unique code not valid anymore after disconnecting from our customers, so we cannot connect again unless we provide a new session code.

We use their integration in our web site so it's very easy for our customers to download the tool and receive remote support.

It also has a feature to install a permanent access (for instance, to remotely control servers and other computers that run 24x7 and not always have a user that can give access) which is also secured allowing remote control only to certain users and password protected.

Groups of users can be created to give rights to connect only to certain computers (or computer groups), so this is also a great feature (this is done from the web management site).

Service is always running, we use it everyday and no issues by now except one day that, maybe for causes more related to our connection we were suffering of some freezes during support sessions. We called to customer support and the reply was quick and nice. They also provided information about checking service status, and some other features that we didn't know about. What do you dislike about ISL Online?

Most of the aspects are positive to us, so the only thing (up to now) that could be improved is the rights management in the web site. When having AlwaysOn computer groups is a bit complex to give permissions to all of them to different technicians or user groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ISL Online?

The simplicity of it all is what initially got me interested in the product as it is not covered in all the bloat that a program like TeamViewer is nowadays. That is only what got me interested and once I got to use the system I started to like it more and more as it is really built for the IT management of large scale remote desktop needs. Its dual functionality whereby we can have always on versions for servers and the like and for end user workstations we can do the same or simply create a session link and send that over Teams. My end users love it because of this simple method as well due to not all being too savvy on technology. Setting it up was a piece of cake as well as adding devices as we need but the real best part is how when anyone names a device, the entire team can see it under that name. Sounds crazy that this is my favourite part but coming from TeamViewer I cannot stress how stressful their naming system became as the years went by. What do you like best about ISL Online?

I've been using the ISL product for managing a small to medium number of computers for remote desktop, and I have to say, it's been an excellent solution. One feature that stands out to me is the Wake on LAN capability, which utilizes P2P connections — this has been incredibly useful for remotely waking up machines without needing additional infrastructure or hassle.

Another great aspect of the platform is that they offer both an online and offline version, giving flexibility depending on the needs of your team or organization. The platform also supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security during login.

Additionally, the ability to manage multiple agents within your company with tiered access levels is incredibly helpful. This feature ensures that different team members can have access to different levels of control based on their role, making it easy to manage permissions without compromising security. What do you dislike about ISL Online?

hat said, one area for improvement is the speed of connections. While functional, the connections can sometimes be slower compared to other remote desktop solutions on the market. This can be a bit frustrating, especially when working with multiple machines at once.

What do you like best about ISL Online?

It can be very simple to use, or you can make an effort to customize the tool for your own needs. That means that it is meant for a wide variety of users who offer customer support to their clients. We at Zupo are using it on daily basis and customers love it since it is easy to understand and easier to connect. With its number of features it is truly the must have tool! What do you dislike about ISL Online?

There's not many downsides but there is one I can think of. And that is connecting to MacOS computers. When connecting to the MacOS for the first time, the user on the other side needs to approve security settings twice, then disconnect the session and connect with a new session. What do you like best about ISL Online?

We have been extremely satisfied with ISL Online products for remote desktop assistance. We need the service in, from an IT perspective, complex and security intensive environment. We needed a solution that would support multiple OS platforms, have very good and reactive support team, would be easy to use even for non-technical personnel and would support a self-hosted installation due our security requirements. ISL Online matched all requirements in an admirable way, making the implementation of self-hosted solutions very easy and topping it all up with excellent marketing support. What do you like best about ISL Online?

Allows me as IT manager to remote into to servers and client devices very easily. and also allows me to host a session for my users who do not have the app installed locally.

Very easy to rollout to my devices and supports Windows and Macs.

being able to use this 24/4 is brilliant, as working out of hours is a must for IT administrators
