What is like best about Lyft is that it is easy to use. When you need to get a ride, you able to request on within a few minutes. I use it for my job and it was easy to implement. Your able to contact the customer service through a chat portal to avoid the hassel of calling andwaiting while your on a trip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i least like about Lyft the most is that when you reach out to the customer serviceportal sometimes they take a little while to respong or appear but they are faster then calling support. I also disllike the price inflation at specific times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
