"LinkSquares Boosts Efficiency, and Greater Internal Business Processes"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

We have been using LinkSquares for several years now. The platform has consistently surpassed our expectations, delivering enhanced business process outcomes, greater internal operational efficiency, and increased agility in our business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

If I had to point out a drawback to working with LinkSquares, it would be the need to decide on the number of documents and users at the outset of the contract. It was somewhat difficult to make the right choice without knowing how widely the platform would be adopted. However, this challenge was more of an internal dilemma than a fault of LinkSquares itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Workflows and E-Signatures Enhance Contract Management Efficiency"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

LinkSquares has been instrumental in helping our organization streamline the management of our contracts. Their platform has not only improved our efficiency in handling contract workflows but has also made the e-signature process incredibly seamless, saving us time and reducing manual effort. The overall experience has significantly enhanced our contract lifecycle management, making it more organized and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

One area for improvement is the contract upload process. When uploading already-executed contracts for filing, it can take longer than expected for them to appear and be accessible on the platform. A faster turnaround would make the system even more efficient for record-keeping and reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Support And User-Friendly Platform"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

What I like best about LinkSquares is how easy the platform is to use while still offering powerful functionality. The ability to run reports quickly and efficiently. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. I especially appreciate how their tech and development teams worked closely with us to implement a complex process tailored to our unique processes within our Salesforce integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

There’s not much to dislike from what we've experienced so far. However, we’re still in the early stages of using the platform and haven’t yet explored its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Now I Can Breathe..Linksquares' Legal Management System to the Rescue"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

Linksquares Finalize and Prioritize is the best thing that has happen to my legal team. Not only is it user friendly, aesthetically it is easy on the eye. Through Finalize, all business users can access the templates prepared easily and are able to understand which template to use because I am able to input a description for each template. The clear cut way we can separate our internal versions from third-party has been chef's kiss for my company. Not to mention that the redline process is much faster -- the requester can send messages directly from the platform to the counterparty and they can respond directly back to me for internal review. Once that dance is over, welcome to the ease of using Docusign (easily integrated) straight from the platform.

Having an A-type personality, Linksquares eases my stress with its organization of the all agreements saved in Analyze with major and useful business terms highlighted -- which is a major A++ in my book.

We also use Prioritize for other general requests/questions submission -- which gets a lot of traffic as well. if you identify and prepare all the template questionnaires - all business users find it easier to navigate and get answers to questions they need. The more information I provide the easiest it is for the to select the appropriate template.

Customer support is awesome and always available to help me think of a quick fix to any issues that comes across my way. For example, I needed assistance with sending comments to the requestor in Prioritize. Our AM went above and beyond in their support for us and we got it fixed within a weeks notice -- even though some product updates had to be applied. The point is -- the service and timeliness in responses are phenomenal.

All in all I am satisfy with my care (Big Hero 6 style). Great product and awesome team to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

Sometimes the business users would include a contract in Prioritize when it needed to uploaded into Finalize. Currently there is not a way to link the two products to remove it from Prioritize and automatically create a ticket to Finalize to process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LinkSquares has completely streamlined our Contract review and management process."
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

The collaboration in the contract review process is excellent, and includes the ability to let numerous individuals contribute. By implementing DocuSign into the platform, the process of contract review and finalization is effortless. I am particularly pleased with the Analyze feature of LinkSquares, as it enables me to manage thousands of contracts, and I am able to link those contracts with their associated amendments/exhibits/schedules, creating a comprehensive picture of the life of the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

There are no specific dislikes; however, if our organization were to start over, we would have provided better instruction to LinkSquares representatives on how we envisioned the design of the platform, as it relates to our business model. The one piece of advice I would give prospective customers is to be very clear how you want the platform to perform in relation to your business needs, and the LinkSquares team will be happy to help achieve that goal. "Logical Steps, AI, Advanced Data Management"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

Implementing LinkSquares over 2 years ago as our company's CLM Center of Excellence (CoE) has significantly improved our operations in the Legal department. Thanks to LinkSquares, we've successfully reduced the unwanted noise that previously disrupted our workflow. Our attorneys, paralegals, and contract administrators can now focus on legal work that directly impacts our revenue, instead of spending valuable time resolving misunderstandings. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the collaborative efforts of our Procurement, Partnership, and Strategy teams. By streamlining their communication with Legal via LinkSquares, we have created a more efficient and effective service that allows our Legal team to better support cross-functional teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

In the Finalize tool, some automation should be optional. For example, if no approver has been assigned, it should not go to "Ready for signature" status. The status should include one or two different options for "Internal Review" to help keep metrics on which internal team has the contract. Given that it is a Contract Management tool, it is most likely used by Legal Teams. However, the larger the company, the less contact the Legal team has with counterparties. The business or account manager is always the liaison. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust CLM Platform with Outstanding Support, but Clarity on Future Feature Access Needed"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

Our experience with LinkSquares has been excellent across the board—from initial sales engagement to full onboarding and daily use of its core platform, including Analyze, Finalize, and the Microsoft Word plugin. The product has delivered tangible improvements to our contract lifecycle. The Word integration has become essential to our redlining process. With our customized drafting rules in place, it flags problematic terms and suggests preferred language in real-time, enabling faster, more consistent edits without toggling between platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

While we are very satisfied with the core platform, I would have appreciated more clarity around which features are included in our subscription tier. Specifically, functionality like risk scoring and private label email domains were referenced during our discovery and decision-making phases, and we initially understood these as standard platform features. Learning post-contract that they require additional costs or access to higher-tier subscriptions was a disappointment. These are highly relevant features that we expected to deploy early on. "The best overall contract management and automation software"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

LinkSquares document summary ability is by far the best I've tested (we trialed 4 different competing software in our selection process). We've been using them for 3 years now. Transitioning to them is easy with bulk uploads and their assistance with the onboarding process. Contract automation in finalize is simple, which is a big differentiator as some of the competitors were complicated and resulted in a low likelihood of adoption. I really like that the AI summary provides a link to where in the contract it says what is summarized.

I also can't overstate how good their customer service. You talk to real people (and even video calls), and they're actually helpful and pleasant. It's a game changer from the typical service call center. I don't dread the help line like I do with so many of my other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

Every software has its downsides. For LinkSquares, one is probably the lack of an AI chat like functionality (so far), which would be a nice add considering where the market seems to be going. It's organized a bit like a spreadsheet of agreements with tags, with the ability to search your contract by type, tag, or contents. While you can link agreements in a parent/child designation, those who like folder style organization may have to get used to it. I also wish it had a data room function, where I could place certain documents and allow limited 3rd party access.

Finally, keep it mind that it's not the cheapest option out there. But I do feel I get more value from it than I do from the less costly options I looked at. It works seamlessly and is less prone to problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helped us build a proper repository and a simple workflow for Sales and Legal"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

The UI is very user friendly and the word plug in makes reviewing agreements much easier. Template make an almost fool-proof workflow that users can follow, leaving maximum transparency and clarify for the legal team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

Some of the terms could be more customizable or editable. There could also be some improvements around the ability to add attachments to emails and agreements for signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best CLM on the Market!"
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

The new things that I like about LinkSquares are the monthly webinars that help keep you up to date on new features that have been added, the refresher courses on Analyze and Finalize and the Help Center which also has user friendly guides to help you ever need help in something in Analyze and Finalize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

It would be nice if I can upload multiple agreements in Finalize all at once versus adding them as attachments because once all the documents are executed only that first agreement that was uploaded gets transferred automatically into Analyze and the other agreements have to be uploaded manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
