What do you like best about Lipscore?

Our experience with Lipscore has been pleasure. Setup for our WooCommerce store was quick & straightforward. As soon as the ball started rolling, we saw a dramatic increase in the number of reviews left on our website. The platform allows us to passively increase the number of reviews we receive with no intervention needed from our side (besides the occasional non-compliant review).

We run a CBD business and being so means there are restrictions on the reviews and testimonials we can publicise from customers. We’ve been using Lipscore’s AI moderation tool which flags non-compliant reviews to the team based off customised instructions. We can then contact the customer through the platform and ask them to adjust their review. The process is effortless and we’ve been very happy with the results so far.

Invitations are delayed to allow the customer to properly test the product which helps us to gain more useful reviews and insights.

We’ve had various widgets added throughout the site which look great and fit into the site’s design & our branding.

Every team member we have worked with to get onboard & setup has been fantastic & support is exceptional. We worked primarily with Angela & Georgina Turnell who both provided outstanding support & always resolved any issue we had. We truly don’t have a bad word to say, it is an effective review platform that pulls through on its promises.

What do you like best about Lipscore?

As a company delivering intangible services, we are probably one of the more unorthodox customers of Lipscore. However, it also proves that their solutions can be tailored for rating and reviewing services, as opposed to the more typical e-commerce customer.

What I like most about Real Reviews by Lipscore is that their team is very friendly and accommodating, solving any outstanding issues on-the-go. Moreover, their solution just works, with no or very little downtime. And of course, the minimal complexity of the integration and implementation also helps! What do you dislike about Lipscore?

As far as I understand, Real Reviews by Lipscore is a relatively small company. Focusing on growth may be prioritized over delivering promised functionality on-time. I would say this has happened to some extent, but it has never been a real issue.

Secondly, I guess their admin-platform could be better, providing more insights and better filtering-options. The process that requires most follow-ups are submitted reviews where the customer provided the wrong score. This process is manual as Lipscore, for obvious reasons, have to verify that this is true. WIthout this verfication, it is much easier to manipulate the data, and thus I understand very well why this process may be time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lipscore?

We have been using lipscore for a couple of years now and its been great so far. The setup was very hands off and we were kept updated the whole way through. Being able to back date review request a couple of months allowed for a nice batch of reviews to hit the site in a short time which got the ball rolling and hasn't stopped rolling from there. We get around a 30% response rate which is outstanding and mostly down to how easy they make leaving a rating, only a couple of clicks for the customer!

They are very open to feedback and the yearly review calls have been really helpful, tip and tricks given have had a real and noticeable impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lipscore?

I have spoken to lipscore about this and it is something they are looking into. I would love to be able to reply to rating no just reviews, as we get the occasional 1 star rating and not being able to show publicly that we have at least tried to reach out to the customer and resolve whatever issue they have had is unfortunate. One challenge we experienced in the beginning was that all the content and communication were in English. Our first customer manager also only communicated in English, which created some distance and made it harder to feel fully connected to Lipscore.
