What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

We’ve had such a great experience using LoyaltyLion for our rewards programme. The platform is super easy to use — both for our internal team and customers, and from the set-up to day-to-day management is always smooth and efficient.

One of the biggest highlights for us is how seamless the integration with Klaviyo is. It allows us to personalise our email flows and segments based on loyalty data, which has a big impact on our customer engagement and retention.

We’ve also had an amazing experience with our Customer Success Manager, Hannah Parker, who consistently goes above and beyond. Hannah always makes time when we need her, and we have regular catchups to review performance with valuable insights and actionable ideas to optimise our programme, from reward structures to engagement strategies. These sessions always leave us inspired with new ways to drive loyalty and strengthen our brand. It really feels like she’s an extension of our team rather than just a point of contact.

From the initial evaluation calls to onboarding and post-launch, we have been thoroughly impressed by the LoyaltyLion team and the platform capabilities. The team helped us understand how their platform could directly support our strategy and business objectives. They demonstrated early on that they would be strong strategic partners.

Onboarding was straightforward overall. We did run into some hurdles toward the end largely because we decided to go a fully custom route and had some troubleshooting on the tech side that we had to work through. However, this is where LoyaltyLion's support really shined. Our onboarding manager was a phenomenal partner throughout and was committed to getting us to launch, providing solutions and working through issues with us.

It's really simple to use and set up. Adjusting the reward settings, tiers and points awarded is easy to do within the platform.

Loyalty Lion has been very well received by our customers and most find it to be very intuitive and they love getting rewarded for their purchases. It has definitely increased sales and retention so mission accomplished. We consider this program to be a core part of our e-commerce platform.

Our support team loves how intuitive it is and how easy and fast it is to see where a customer is at with their rewards. Customizing and adding new rewards is very easy. It would be awesome if this app could be extended to reward affiliates. I think this is a major revenue opportunity for the platform.
