"Combination of great tech & great service"

What do you like best about Partnerize?

Having worked with this platform over many many years, what stands out most is that they are extremely careful about their customer service level, with proactiveness being very important to how they work. They only employ top talent, and provide a lot of support for their customers including agencies like BlueGum.

Coupled with this is a tech-forward approach, with a platform that is releasing a lot of functionality, and seems to be very ambitious on the AI front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Partnerize?

The platform has been around for a long time now, which means often key features are hidden away. I've been pleasantly surprised what can be achieved if you dig around a bit, but they could do with a UX revamp so that customers can make the most of the incredible features! What do you like best about Partnerize?

We've been using Partnerize for over 5 years now, and it's been a great platform to help us manage, grow, and track our affiliate marketing performance. The tracking capabilities are robust and allow us to view all major KPIs including revenue, new users, new customer acquisition, and more. What do you dislike about Partnerize?

The platform itself isn't the most intuitive to use and doesn't have the best UI/UX. It takes some playing around to figure out how to grab certain data, see how affiliates are performing, etc. Overall, though, once you become familiar with the platform, it's easy to use. What problems is Partnerize solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to manage affiliates on a one-on-one basis which wasn't scalable or practical. Partnerize makes it easy to manage all our affiliates and track their performance on one platform. "Large affiliate network with extremely nebulous & confusing reporting"

What do you like best about Partnerize?

What do you dislike about Partnerize?

Platform

- It is super confusing to navigate, as stated in other reviews. The reporting you see within the tool is not what you'll get invoiced. You must download transaction-level reports and roll them up by process date to determine your commission invoices.

Support

- They're responsive when you opt for their elite service, but I've always felt like they miss the mark in terms of finding relevant affiliates, especially non-discount ones

Conversion Tracking

- My data engineering team and I have spent 6 months trying to figure out the best way to send reconciled files to Partnerize so that they can better estimate what conversions were attributed to affiliates. Suppose you don't police how your conversions are tracked. In that case, you might be overpaying due to: not canceling refunds, currency conversions, and paying out on codes that shouldn't be attributed to affiliates. What do you like best about Partnerize?

I joined partnerize as an affiliate marketer for a few brands I personally used and believe in. Sign up was painless and even if certain companies/brands/products no longer align with me or if I no longer matter them, I'm still able to keep my Partnerize account without pressure to become an affiliate for new brands. What do you like best about Partnerize?

Partnerize is a solid tracking platform and can provide deep data. Integration can be straightforward and quick via a GTM template. An available API can be used to access data not surfaced via the product UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Partnerize?

Partnerize does not score well on customer service. The support team was not helpful in diagnosing a complicated tracking issue and providing a solution. Our email implementation required support for multiple languages and grouping by language which was not well supported in the latest product update.
