"Highly recommended Platform!"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I really enjoy using Rise Vision. It's a powerful and easy-to-navigate platform with a wide variety of options for displaying content. One of its standout features is how well it allows you to organize and categorize content for different devices. Whether you're managing a single display or an entire network across multiple locations, the ability to tailor content per device is a huge advantage.

What I also appreciate is that the platform is constantly being updated. The developers actively work out any flaws or bugs, and the ongoing refinements keep the user experience fresh and reliable. I haven’t encountered anything I dislike — the continuous improvement and re-advising of features truly set Rise Vision apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Add pro level media to your school"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The final result consistently appears professional and leaves a strong impression on viewers. Being able to update it instantly is both convenient and useful, particularly when something needs to be displayed right away. The templates and customization options make it very easy for nearly anyone to create content. The one time I used customer support it was very quick and helpful. We use it virtually every day to keep our school updated on current and upcoming events and communicate with the community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

There isn't anything I genuinely dislike, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, it can take some effort to figure out how to customize the display settings. It would also be useful to have a separate folder for pending posts, allowing users to work ahead and prepare content in advance. Additionally, a bulk posting feature, similar to the existing bulk delete option, would be a welcome addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I really enjoy the versatility of RiseVision. The platform offers both ready-made templates and the flexibility to create my own content, which makes it easy to tailor displays for different needs. "⭐ 5/5 – Highly recommend for anyone managing organizational communications or digital signage."
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

Rise Vision Templates have been a game-changer for our communication efforts. The platform offers professional, ready-to-use digital signage templates that are easy to customize and look great on any screen.

The user-friendly design tools make it simple to add our branding, update content, and schedule displays—all without needing graphic design skills. I also appreciate the fresh, seasonal updates that keep our signage engaging year-round.

Overall, Rise Vision makes it effortless to create eye-catching, polished displays that grab attention and save time.

⭐ 5/5 – Highly recommend for anyone managing organizational communications or digital signage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

The system relies on a stable internet connection to update and display content. If your screens are in areas with weak connectivity, updates may lag or fail to push through.

Though it’s user-friendly overall, first-time users might need some time to navigate the dashboard, manage displays, or understand scheduling options efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great designs and User Fiendly too!"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I’ve really enjoyed using Rise Vision! The quality of the ready-made graphics is fantastic. The pre-loaded graphics are vibrant, professional, and save me so much time. I also love that the program gives me the flexibility to create my own graphics whenever I need something specific for my audience. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and customization!

The Customer Support is phenomenal. They are quick to respond and have even used my feedback to create graphics for monthly celebrations.

We use the displays in several areas of our school and students, teachers, and parents seem to utilize the displays to help remember what events are happening.

I have used other programs and Rise Vision stands above the rest when it comes to the amount of features and customizations offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

The only downside I have found is that you can't set a date for something to stop displaying. I have to manually delete the graphic. It's a minor inconvenience and one that I overcome by updating my displays each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey Kristi, thanks for your review of Rise Vision! We're happy to hear that Rise Vision digital signage is helping keep parents, staff, and students informed and engaged.

It is possible to schedule content so that it drops off at a certain time and date. I will open a support ticket for you.

"A Flexible and Powerful Tool for School Campus Communication"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

As an IT Support Specialist for a private school, Rise Vision has become our core tool for campus wide digital signage. I like its flexibility best. We can use custom-made overlays from Photoshop for our branding and then pull in their helpful widgets for things like weather and social media. The Google Calendar integration is a huge asset for us, as it automatically displays our upcoming sports schedules without manual entry. It's also very easy to implement on various hardware. We run it on Fire TVs, Chromebooks, and Chromebits, which makes deployment simple across different locations on campus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

The main area for improvement is the ease of use within the user interface. The division between Presentations, Schedules, and Displays, while logical, can feel disconnected and adds a few extra steps when trying to manage content. I would also love to see more pro-level web tools for designing content directly on the platform. We currently create our custom overlays in Photoshop, but having more advanced design capabilities within Rise Vision itself would be a major workflow improvement. Lastly, improved performance on non-native devices like our Chromebits and Fire TVs would be a welcome update to ensure a consistently smooth playback experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey Aron, thank you for your detailed review of Rise Vision. We appreciate your feedback - I've passed along your comments to our UX and product teams. "Highly Customizable with Great Pre-Loaded Presentations!"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I love how customizable it is while also having slides and presentations pre-loaded. We can create our own slides completely to market our product and our team, but then there are also slides for upcoming holidays, and basic interests/trivia that are easy to load. I especially like that since I don't always have time to research or pay attention to those smaller holidays, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rise Vision Review!"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

Rise Vision has been great for spreading news and other information around our campus. Being able to set them up on any kind of display with a Google Chromebox has been a very easy and productive setup. We love the integration with Emergency Alerts and Google Slides as it makes it easy to implement and manage each slideshow and display with the changes we may need to make.

Troubleshooting-wise, we barely have problems with the displays; it may need an occasional restart, but it never fails once it boots back up. If we ever have to get the Rise Vision team involved, they have always been extremely helpful in catering to specific needs for not just us but for others as well. We really don't have to use the RiseVision website for much unless we are adding a new display or adjusting display presentations, like what we have set up for a certain display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

We haven't really had any downsides to RiseVision; it is a great product that is reasonably priced and can be used for multiple reasons depending on the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hi Justin, thanks for your review of Rise Vision! It's great to hear that Rise Vision digital signage is helping increase awareness about events on campus and that you're seeing a higher student turnout.

"An effective production ready solution"
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

We reviewed several solutions for our public facing TV screens, and even with plenty of options, the reality was we were seeing lots of gimmicks that were just not practical for a real-world environment.

Rise Vision is not perfect, but it really does the job well, and we have found it to be a reliable solution. Sometime you need to be a little creative in it's use, but we have yet to come up with a scenario that it can't work with.

We especially like that we can run Rise Vision using a $90 micro windows computer that out IT department can remotely administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

There is some missing features in the admin that complicate creating presentations that have exact pixel dimensions. The admin tool lacks a display of the XY and dimensions of regions that you are creating. The work-around has been to create maps in photoshop, then use those maps as a background image in Rise Vision to create exact regions, and then delete the background map. It can add a few minutes and extra steps to the process, but it's not the end of the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hi Oren! Thanks for your in depth review of Rise Vision for your organization. I've passed along your feedback to our UX team.
