Sastrify has been a very useful tool in getting all of our tech stack recorded in one place, ensuring our renewals are effectively managed and helping to eliminate overlapping tools in our org. CSM team is very hands-on in helping to get set up and in engaging on renewals as they come up. Set up was easy, with some info gathering required, but newer integrations - such as the one with Sage Intacct - keep SaaS tools from falling through the cracks. New features are regularly added, so we're interested to see how Sastrify continues to grow. There are lots of reminders of areas where we can get more value out of our contracts (such as working with a reseller where appropriate) or benchmarking our current deal. The bigger lifts in using Sastrify are around adoption from tool owners. On setup, admins will need to get them to update the tools in the system and to engage with the tool on renewals - if a user doesn't own many tools they may not engage with Sastrify frequently enough to learn the system well. Additionally, interjecting a third party into renewal conversations can sometimes add a layer of bureaucracy in the process and as a result some tool owners may prefer to handle negotiations themselves.
