The ease of use to find a new vendor or CRO for specific work. The search function will find all registered companies that have listed something similar and allow you to communicate the same request details to all simultaneously. It helps to find vendors I wouldn't be able to find myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The CROs and vendors available to search for on Science Exchange aren't comprehensive - there may be good options that haven't gotten set up with them yet. Though you can always request a particular CRO get established on Science Exchange, and they do all the leg work to get them set up so you can use them in the future.
