First, there’s a well-curated product catalog with items stored in the US, which means faster fulfillment and fewer "where is my order" messages. Then, the interface is pretty intuitive - product photos, pricing suggestions, and content pieces are mostly ready; I just tweak them to match my brand. Also, their analytics/dashboard gives useful metrics: I can see which products are performing, where traffic is coming from, what ads are working (or not), which helps me make decisions instead of just guessing.
