What I like most about Sendoso is how easy it is to use and implement across our workflows. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful, which makes onboarding and troubleshooting simple. While Sendoso offers a solid set of features, I think there’s room to expand the number of features and improve ease of integration with other platforms we use regularly. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I appreciate how easy Sendoso is to set up and use, which significantly simplifies my workload. I find that the gift card options within Sendoso are somewhat limited. While the variety in gifts is generally great, I would like to see more flexibility and a wider selection of gift cards beyond popular brands like Starbucks, which not everyone prefers. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I absolutely love using Sendoso for our customer gifting program—it has been an invaluable tool at my current company for over three years. By supporting our CSMs and AMs in sending gifts to clients, Sendoso helps us build and strengthen relationships, which is crucial for our business. One of the standout features is the ability to integrate Sendoso with our customer advocacy program's rewards, allowing customers to redeem points for meaningful rewards seamlessly. This integration is made even better through our use of Influitive, which works flawlessly with Sendoso to enhance our advocacy efforts. The ease of setup with Sendoso was particularly impressive; our sales ops team found it straightforward to get up and running, which speaks to the platform's user-friendliness. Moreover, the Sendoso Choice landing pages are an excellent feature that allows us to give customers options for what they want to receive, tailoring gift campaigns to meet individual client preferences. This flexibility in customer engagement improves the overall experience we offer our clients. I dislike that a gift card is considered redeemed if it is clicked but not actually redeemed. This results in a loss of money for us as the sender. The system should differentiate between clicking and active redemption, ensuring that funds are returned if a customer doesn't actively redeem the gift card. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I have been using Sendoso for two years to send my prospects coffees, lunches, and gift cards, and I love how it makes gifting incredibly easy. My prospects really appreciate it, and it adds a personal touch after they attend demos. The setup process was straightforward, just involving a login with my work email, which I found not challenging at all. I particularly enjoy how the Chroma feature allows me to manage gifting directly from my email, making the process seamless and efficient. The usability and the variety of gifting options available are significant factors that would make me consider purchasing Sendoso again. I've found that some of the custom branded products are lower quality than our other vendors at a similar price point, so we're shipping in more items to the warehouse than we'd like. Also, you can pay to play on processing times but with a limited budget you really need to plan ahead to make sure you account for the processing and shipping times. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I've been really happy with Sendoso so far. It has a direct integration with our CRM, which makes it easy for our teams to send out gifts or swag directly from a prospect's account. It's a great way to cut through all the usual noise and get noticed.

I also like that there are so many options—we can send everything from a small, branded gift to a nice dinner to an e-gift card. It's been perfect for everything from thanking research participants to getting survey responses from our ICP. We need to plan things a little bit early than usual. Marketing activities are dynamic in nature, how much ever we plan early we still have a last-minute requirement.
