Signifyd has continued to evolve since my last review, there's no complacency down there. The recent UI updates added additional intelligence points that enable us to quickly, and most important, accurately, screen for fraud. The new Power Search is a powerful tool and we've barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. With Signifyd we haven't sent out a single fraudulent order in over 2 years now. There is a feature I've wanted for years but I'm not sure it's even possible. Signifyd notes when an individual is associated with previous chargebacks, which is fantastic, but it would be nice to have additional intelligence in regards to whether it was a fraudulent chargeback or for a legitimate reason. Automatic data analyst to check every payment made by customer, instant reject or profile block if the fraud scoring is more than the threshold, if the score is on average, the system will trigger for manual approval. Fake product orders to claim chargeback is fully stopped by the prevention system, it saves is from chargeback fee that payment gateway charge for every payment chargeback, which can amount in thousand every months. We work closely with customer support whenever we had issues like false positive detection or to lower the threshold score for certain profiles, they are easy to work with and always accomoditating. Setup and configuration is very complex and need for technical users to work on it. When we implement it on the first month, multiple error appear and halting our operation, but good gesture from customer support service that tirelessly helping us to be back on track. Signifyd is legitimately in a core sweet spot of rapidly approving those highly complex, high value orders that used to stall our fulfillment process. Our department is now able to confidently pass through custom product orders which would have been occurred through lengthy manual examination processes. This will radically decrease our lead times on bespoke set-ups, increasing our value unique customer experience straight away. I would like to see more customizable views not only in fraud metrics but more customization around the operational impact to our internal teams. In some cases, very specific shipping address or excessively large first time order may be flagged, in which case immediate internal verification is necessary. What I like best about Signifyd is the combination of automated decisioning and flexibility. Their machine-learning engine consistently removes friction for legitimate players while flagging the edge-case fraud patterns that are easy to miss manually. The real differentiator is the balance between speed and accuracy; orders are cleared quickly, but the system still provides deep transparency into the rationale behind approvals or declines. That allows us to reduce false positives, capture more revenue, and focus our human review team on the truly high-risk cases instead of wasting cycles on noise. What I dislike about Signifyd is the occasional lack of visibility into model changes and decision logic. While the platform is strong overall, adjustments to the machine-learning model can impact acceptance rates without advance notice, which makes it harder to forecast and explain fluctuations to stakeholders. I really liked Signifyd, especially for its Machine Learning engine and its global commercial network, which are incredibly valuable, especially for our industry, as they allow us to make instant risk decisions and use intelligence data, and are essential for detecting risks and abuses in new openings of digital incentive services. I like Signfyd because it gives us peace of mind knowing order are being processed in real time with a system that leans and adapts. Weve seen a significant reduction in charge backs, which directly impacts our revenue and operations. I liked the integration with their platform because it was quick and easy, and the dashboard is intuitive, allowing you to quickly see the status of each transaction and make informed decisions if intervention is necessary. I dont have much to say. If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be the customization of the rules, it could be a bit more flexible, and I understand that part of that value will lie in allowing the system to make automated decisions based on machine learning. Signifyd make it simple to integrate between fraud protection system with ecommerce platform, nothing too difficult that require too much configuration, a normal IT personnel can use it easily. Feature to automatically stop fraud payment from successfully make payment order is the best in my opinion, no manual detection anymore. Love how fast and easy the detection system is scanning all customer profiles for suspecious activity. Any customer profile that is first time making a purchase but make a bulk order is blocked and alerted to administrator either to approve or reject the order.
