There are endless ways to get creative with forms and workflows. I have yet to hear a support or CSM say, "not possible." To clarify, we have unique workflows and forms that are complex. I provide support on-site to users. I believe Etrieve would benefit from an "act as user" function to allow sys admins to identify user errors that can be quickly resolved.
