What do you like best about Solvoyo?

I can divide our transportation planning world into two periods: before and after Solvoyo. Before we got to know Solvoyo, our processes were entirely manual and cumbersome. Now, they are fully automated. Beyond automation, the improvement within the process has been incredible. We have an acceptance rate of over 95%, and we can manage our plans very quickly through the system.

In addition to all this, working with the Solvoyo team is a great privilege. The team members understand you very well and have a high level of empathy. Once you start working together, you feel like you’re part of the Solvoyo team, and you can clearly sense their constructive energy. Your priorities become their priorities; your sensitivities become theirs as well. They are also always accessible for technical support and can provide instant solutions to your issues.

I would like to open a separate parenthesis for Mehmet Bugra in the team. We worked with him throughout the project, and his leadership and perspective on business are amazing.

One of the most outstanding aspects of Solvoyo is the team's ability to listen, understand, and develop solutions tailored to your specific needs. The fact that both sides work collaboratively toward a single goal significantly increases the success rate. You always know that there is a dedicated contact and intervention team available in case of any potential system malfunction. What do you dislike about Solvoyo?

What problems is Solvoyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage an operation with significant volume and expenditure focused on transportation planning. Before starting to work with Solvoyo, I had concerns about the acceptance rate of the system’s recommendations and how much of our daily operations could be integrated into the platform. However, thanks to the way the Solvoyo team approached the project, the capabilities of their system, and the outcomes they delivered, I realized that my concerns were unfounded. The system has proven itself with a consistently high rate of acceptance and usage, and it has now become an integral part of our daily operations. Our continuous improvement discussions with the team also reinforce our confidence in the quality of the team we are working with and in the fact that the development process is ongoing and never truly ends. What do you like best about Solvoyo?

I enjoy working with Solvoyo’s customer success team. They are available at any time for technical support, and they find pinpoint solutions to our problems. They provide quick and efficient solutions for our needs, for example, when I want to add data to a report, sending a quick e-mail is sufficient.

I never have doubts on the accuracy of the data in the reports provided by Solvoyo. I have full trust in them. They are flexible and transparent, I have instant access to every information about the software at every stage of it’s design process.

I can say that Solvoyo’s ability to produce successful results in its forecasts is my favorite aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solvoyo?

Switching between modules and the loading pace can be improved. I think this situation is caused by the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Solvoyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solvoyo meets our expectations with reporting. It makes our job much easier in weekly, monthly, and annual analyzes and sales-stock comparisons. We solved our size and channel-based order creation process, which we have been doing manually for years, with a simple Excel upload method.

Our data entry process, which took days, was reduced to 30-40 minutes. Since time is essential and priority in our business, we found a solution to this problem in a short time.

Transferring our budget process to Solvoyo and making our revisions from there accelerated our digital transformation.

With the markdown optimization module, we can now manage our pricing strategy more efficiently and profitably as we get strategical discount suggestions.

The clustering module allowed us to categorize our stores and sales channels so we can send the right products to the right locations.

If you share your expectations and needs with Solvoyo, the results you will get are pretty good. Solvoyo can give forecasts based on many parameters in line with our organization dynamics. With Solvoyo we talk about our goals, make decisions together, and this helps us reach our goals. Every night, Solvoyo produces forecasts at store-barcode level, taking into account our last inventory level, our sales and current capacity, and offers replenishment every day.
