Easily the thing I like best about TypeForm is the aesthetic appearance. Even though it's just a wrapper for questions, for an intake form, it looks extremely professional. A key feature I like about Typeform is the ability to configure branding templates so that all survey forms created in the company workspace all have the same formatting for consistency and maintaining the corporate brand. Another useful feature, that I benefit from most days, is the ability to integrate the received responses to a Google Sheet - thereby enabling all colleagues access to view the responses, rather than limited to the number of licenses purchased on the platform itself.
