They need to struggle with visa issues of each country. This is not their fault, but it causes the staff to cycle from onshore to offshore twice a year in the UK. So, it's difficult to keep momentum when the team changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scope your work, and they can deliver it. You need to stay on top of your product backlog, because when the tasks are finished, the team is done working. Collaboration on the migration of multiple customer databases to a new single golden copy. This project required working with multiple TCS teams - database, master data management, and integration layer (mq) teams. What do you like best about Tata Consultancy Services?

I work in Tata Consultancy Services and I must say my journey till now is amazing. I got a good project luckily in the field of data engineering and my lead is so caring and kind, He helps me in daily tasks and even guides me on how to approach the problem. What do you dislike about Tata Consultancy Services?

I have learned a lot but the only problem is salary aspect. Freshers are paid very low in almost all of the service based companies because they mass hire people but I think they can atleast increase the hike percentage if possible as in appraisal even with good band we don’t get good hikes so we are stuck in the process.
