I’ve had a really positive experience working with Teamtailor. I’ve been using this tool for almost two years now, and we recently transitioned to it from an older, more outdated platform. Honestly, the change has been a great decision.

I’ve found it extremely helpful for organizing interviews and tracking which candidates are at each stage of the recruitment process. Communicating with candidates through the platform makes everything much easier, and the integration with WhatsApp is a huge plus for day-to-day operations.

The ability to record interviews and transcribe them, highlighting key points from each session, has been incredibly useful. The interview scorecards are also a great feature—they can be filled out directly in the system and provide a much more comprehensive view of each candidate.

Additionally, you can store all candidate information, from documents we send to candidates to everything they share with us, Tawhile working within the platform’s data protection framework. The environment is very visual and easy to use, which makes day-to-day work much smoother.

Overall, my experience with TeamTail has significantly improved my workflow, efficiency, and visibility into each recruitment process. Teamtailor works - simple! The onboarding was exceptional. The support around implementation was immediate. Product feedback is acknowledged and new features added. Perhaps it's too much to ask, but expanding the platform to become an HRIS or greater use of AI when receiving CVs in the first stage would be very desirable. I liken Teamtailor to Apple - the user interface for users and candidates is so user friendly, it offers a fantastic experience for people who interact with it. Like an Apple product, straight out of the box, you could find your way around everything without needing to read the instructions first.

In my view, this is imperative for enterprise businesses where their hiring managers far and wide need to log onto "another system" and are responsible for their own hiring efforts. Their engagement with an ATS is crucial - And with with everything feeling so modern and fresh, it's on-point for candidates who want a quick, simple and stress-free process.

Teamtailor has been a game-changer for our hiring process. It's highly customizable, user-friendly, and constantly evolving with new features. One area for improvement is communication around upgrades and changes. Updates are sometimes made before we're notified, leaving us unaware of what’s happening. It would be helpful to receive an email in advance with details on upcoming changes and the date they’ll go live, so we can be prepared rather than caught off guard.

I really like Teamtailor’s Co-Pilot feature, it’s a clever AI assistant that helps speed up the recruitment process, especially when writing job descriptions or managing candidate communication. The visual layout of the stages boards is also a major plus, making it easy to track candidates through each step. On top of that, Teamtailor offers a high level of customisability, allowing you to tailor workflows, branding, and templates to suit your company’s needs. Their customer support is fantastic, they're very responsive and informative. The rep who walked us through onboarding was absolutely brilliant too! There are a few areas where Teamtailor could improve. It would be great to see more free UK job boards integrated to increase local visibility without extra cost. The integration with Indeed could also be more seamless, initial connection is a little complicated as TeamTailor neds to be added as a primary source via Indeed. Lastly, while Co-Pilot is helpful, it currently only reads PDFs, expanding its file compatibility to include formats like Word documents or text files would make it even more flexible. We’ve been using Teamtailor for several months now, and it has completely transformed our recruitment process. I wasn’t asked to write this review, I’m doing it because I relied heavily on G2 reviews when choosing our ATS, so I want to help others the same way.

From the start, what stood out was how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. That was incredibly important to us when rolling out a new process across the business. The AI co-pilot is a game-changer, it helps us draft job descriptions, summarise meetings, screen CVs based on keywords, and even source candidates more efficiently. The ability to export profiles directly from LinkedIn is also a huge plus.

The careers site builder is excellent, and we’ve had great feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders alike, even our CEO is impressed. Plus, the candidate engagement tools (like nurturing campaigns, automated surveys, and multi-channel advert promotion) add so much value.

And what truly deserves a shoutout is the support team! They are absolutely fantastic. The chat box is handled by real people, not AI, and they’ve always been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In terms of what I “dislike” - it’s not really a dislike, more a couple of areas where I see room for improvement. For example, the video chat feature is great, especially with the AI summaries, but it’s a bit limited in terms of customisation (like adding background images). Also, the analytics section can feel a bit confusing at first, but I think that’s more about me needing additional training rather than a system issue.

I’m writing this "section" because G2 asked me to reflect on areas for improvement, but honestly, Teamtailor has exceeded our expectations. The support is unmatched. No question is a silly question, someone is always on hand to advise you on what to do next. The system itself is accurate and has only had one small glitch since we implemented it over a year ago. Myself and the team use the system every single day and it's automation capabilities, recruitment transparency, ease of use for hiring managers and visibility of reporting on the back end is seamless! The reporting function is good but probably not as capable or detailed as I'd like it to be. Sometimes, you want specific data to manipulate or you want the system to generate you a report based on what you need and you tend to have to build these yourself.
