The software is very easy to use; I didn't need any manuals because everything is intuitive. The menu structure is clear, and the forms and screens are straightforward without unnecessary clutter. Managing projects and invoicing them is simple, and I appreciate the clear overview of invoices. The integration with accountancy software makes it easy to sync invoices and payments. The ticketing system is missing some important features, and even though the support department has mentioned that a rework is planned on the roadmap, it still hasn't been released as of today. When you create an invoice and notice a mistake before sending it to the customer, you are unable to make any edits.
