What I like best about TestRail is its highly structured and organized approach to managing test cases and test runs. It allows QA teams to easily create, categorize, and track test cases within a clear hierarchy, making large test repositories manageable and transparent. The dashboards and reporting tools provide real-time visibility into testing progress, helping leads and managers identify gaps, monitor coverage, and make data-driven release decisions. It can feel slow or clunky, especially when you’re working with large test suites, many configurations, or many concurrent users.
The user interface and navigation sometimes receive criticism for being less intuitive or “old-school,” making onboarding or day-to-day tweaks more cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
