What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

We feel Todyl really covers just about every aspect of cybersecurity and our ability to package different tiers and products within the platform making it simple to grow into was one of the biggest selling points for us.

There is alot of human touch involved from their side, from monthly reviews with our AM, to being able to speak direct with a SOC analyst makes a big difference that we have things setup properly and someone is available during an emergency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

Just like any security platform there are alot of moving parts and things are always changing. This is more of the industry itself and not just a particular vendor. But this is not a 'set it and forget it' product, you don't need a full time person to manage it, but at least once a month plan to spend some time going through reviewing, checking new things, planning for change etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

Their entire stack reduces our need for several individual vendors. Getting started was quick and the feedback from the platform is immediate. We needed to quickly get some feedback from an engineer during our implementation and they were on the phone within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

The GRC is still in development. We need CMMC2 to be ready to go by the end of the year and though NIST 800.171 is listed, it is still in a "coming soon" status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Customer Service with Amazing Products!"

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

One of my favorite features of Todyl is the option of "cherry picking" or selecting products and services on a per-customer basis which has been extremely helpful in finding solutions that work for every client because there is no one size that fits all. I find myself using Todyl at least once a day and it is extremely streamlined and easy to use, during the few times I have run into issues the customer service team/department has been amazing in assisting and fixing the problem at hand. What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

Content filtering lacks some of the reporting features that would streamline the day to day tasks, BUT they are constantly developing new features and services. So here's to hoping that will be included in one of the upcoming rollouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great cybersecurity platform for MSPs and MSSPs"

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I find the ease of use to be the best part of Todyl. Given the hundreds of vendors that we have had to vet in our company and the lack of transparency in how to use some of those vendor's tools, Todyl changes the game. Their support is top notch - easy to search and find solutions and reaching out to them always comes with a quick response. Also, the ability to self-manage is perfect. I find that most of what I'm looking for is a few clicks away. The interface is intuitive, so it doesn't require a lot of extra thought. Lastly, the integration / deployment of Todyl is super easy. If you're using an RMM, there' s a generated script for your tenant that you can use, plus binaries for Windows, Mac, and Linux. You can reach out to Todyl, but honestly, if you have any real world experience, you probably won't need to.

On top of this, the integration with SIEM, XDR, SASE, ZTNA, etc. with the stack builder is super easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

The only thing I don't like is the GRC portion is not fully built yet. Once that piece of the puzzle is built out, it will be much easier to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Todyl Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Todyl is solving the problem of securing endpoints for us. No platform is perfect, but these guys are close. We have tested the software against real world usage and found it to be almost perfect in its execution. The ability to deploy to an endpoint quickly is a requirement for us and they make the process easy enough that we can deploy to thousands of endpoints quickly. The only downsides of using Todyl are issues that arrise in any security package that Todyl isnt immune to. Their customer support does make it alot easier when dealing with these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Todyl Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Todyl allows me to have on portal to view multiple security tools in my stack. Their unified reporting makes going through different event types easy and a breeze. Their managed SOC also helps alleviate the worry of having someone monitoring security alerts. Support is one of the best i have seen.. Great software is worthless if you dont have a support team thats there when you need them. The Dedicated Slack channel gives us acces to recources 24x7 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Todyl for EDR, MXDR, GRC SEIM, and SASE, and overall, it has been an excellent product. The SASE portion is particularly impressive, offering us the flexibility to secure our customers' remote work environments effectively. The ZTNA component within SASE works seamlessly, providing robust security without compromising accessibility.

One of the standout features is how well all the components integrate, particularly when all logs are centralized in the SEIM. This integration offers a comprehensive understanding of our entire environment, making it easier to monitor and respond to potential threats. What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

The support is amazing! The agent is very easy to deploy and configure.The SIEM integration is growing amazingly fast. They are always willing to help get more information. The MXDR Team is amazing, very responsive and knowledgable. The notes they leave are very professional and detailed. My ability to secure any number of devices on any numbe of networks in one location is amazing. Their ability to integrate with current networks is very easy. Their SIEM/SOC is amazing, they respond to any issue/alert within minutes. They always include the details, their conclusion and their own reasons why the decision was made for this ticket.
