I love that everything is all in one spot or can be integrated into your favorite applications. TPP is customizable for our brand and has made all correspondence with clients standardized and professional. If I had to select any downside, and I would like to say, I'm just being honest, if you are planning to get TPP or any software really...we did not take the time to set it up the way we wanted with all the data entry required to make it work at 100%. It is a lengthy process, but customer service is always willing to help. If you have someone on your team that is computer and software savvy, you may not even have this issue at all. TPP is generally easy to use. I like that once I've built a proposal for a client, everything for that client is in one place and easy to access. Total party planner has been wonderful for our company to work with. We are on the beta team and so they have literally catered to us in terms of developing custom reports that fit our needs as a company. I think that sometimes it can take a long time to get issues resolved, but I know they are crazy busy- which is great for them. Also, I wish there was a way to get more photographs into the proposal. The team at TPP is always willing to listen to our ideas to make the software better and they do a great job of continuing to improve their product on their own.
