The best thing I like about UJET is its compatibility to synchronize with other tools. It helps me to coordinate my ideas towards my work together managing my task chronologically. One thing I dislike about UJET is sometimes its having delay whenever there are a lot of tabs I need to open. It has a pop-app tool that I need to open but sometimes it just keeps loading that results into a pause of task.

the good thing about UJET is that it's is easy to use and convenient especially on noting the account of the caller. Other thing is that you don't need to provide more information and you just provide the summary of a certain concern. It is easy to open/ accessing it after it has been implemented to be used. As a customer support and achieving the goal it is helpful to achieve other areas of metrics. The good thing as well is that it is easy to use or linked with the other app like Kustomer. The issue I have with Ujet is primarily about the notation that some are not accurate on what is intended and needs to provide the details for it so taht it will be captured. I also have an issue that if it about linking the 2 case notes it don't compressed so that it will only be one case noted to be used once linked. More likely if you are using Swift note frequently.
