The best thing about UKG Pro is its ease of use. I can simply send my CSRs a link to the platform without any instructions, and they are able to find their pay stubs, W-2 or W-4 forms, change their direct deposit information, and even use the Model My Pay tool. This tool helps them estimate how much their paycheck will be if they receive bonuses, work overtime, or adjust their tax bracket or number of dependents. It is an easy tool to track and assign the hours put into each of the projects we have in the company, so the correct allocation of funds and budget is put into each one.

UKG is a great HRIS tool with support across various countries. Though some of the features such as attendance, PTO tracking and payroll are limited to the US market, there are some great modules like PeopleAssist, DocuManager and Performance Management that helps and supports other global locations. I like the fact that UKG can do many things from storing information, being able to make changes, and is safe friendly user and easy to navigate. There is nothing I do not like, to be honest. I think there can be slight improvements which is to allow employees or admin to change their own profile picture on there. I wasn't able to change my profile picture, only my manager could do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how UKG Pro offers a mobile app with essentially the same capabilities as the Windows version. I appreciate that I'm given the ability to manually alter my shift times, it has come in handy more than a few times. I use UKG pro constantly, whether that be to look at my timecard details or to look up other employees. The ease of use and wide range of features is what sets UKG pro apart from the competition. My one complaint is that on the Windows version it's harder to find the timecard feature. I know that you go to workforce management, but I would prefer if it was displayed somewhere on the home screen. 50% of the time when I'm on UKG, I go to see my timecard. I like that it is user friendly and well known. When onboarding new employees there is always a sigh of relief when we mention that we use UKG Pro as our HR tool. People are familiar with this product and for us it's easy to implement. I log in everyday to generate reports and look up employee information, the layout makes it super easy to get what I need quickly so that I can get to other tasks. We use UKG Dimensions for timekeeping and the communication between both apps is seamless, as a General Manager I don't have to worry about loading the employee into two different apps, I know that that once I can see my new employee on UKG pro, I just a matter of a few hours I will be able to start timekeeping on Dimensions. I used to dislike the number of times I would have to log in. However, with the new UKG Pro update I can now log in quickly using biometrics. On Desktop, I like the option to not have to use my password for a 24hr period. It just makes life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While UKG Pro is efficient overall, one consistent frustration is the short time limit on the verification code during login. The code often expires before you can retrieve and enter it, especially if you're multitasking or experiencing a delay in receiving it via email or text. This creates unnecessary friction during login and can be particularly frustrating during busy work hours.
