Interesting grammar and spell checker. I now integrate Grammarly with it via a keyboard, which works a treat.

Choosing software for writing is a personal choice. I have used Ulyssess before they were a subscription pricing model and continue to use them now because they offer the cleanest interface, features like writing goals, and a library that is very easy to organize and search. I still end up using Google Docs with colleagues sometimes, but would prefer to stay in Ulysses if I could, although they don't have the same level of collaboration features that Google Docs offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no option to save under Ulysses server, instead you have to save to the iPad, iCloud or Dropbox. This creates an inconvenience as I have to make sure that I am saving to the right place and syncing my devices to the right service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
