What do you like best about Unifonic?

I've been using their services for more than 3 years. The platform is great because it brings all communication channels together in one easy-to-use place.

I love how flexible their solutions are, letting us use text, voice, messaging apps, and web channels to reach our customers in their preferred ways. Plus, our account manager "Dima Lutfi" has been fantastic, giving us personalized help and making sure we get the most out of the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifonic?

One area that could be improved is the accessibility of invoices. Currently, I can't access my invoices directly through the platform, which adds an extra step to my workflow. Integrating the platform with their ERP system would significantly enhance the user experience by providing seamless access to billing and financial information. What do you dislike about Unifonic?

I wanted to share some feedback about Unifonic. Their services have been incredibly helpful in improving our communication with customers. The platform is reliable, scalable, and easy to use, which has really benefited our team. I’ve particularly appreciated how smoothly it integrates with our existing systems and the flexibility it offers for tailoring our communication strategies.

That said, I do feel that the cost is a bit on the higher side compared to some other options out there. While the quality of service justifies the price to some extent, a more competitive pricing structure would make it even more appealing. What do you like best about Unifonic?

Unifonic team are very likable, flexible and always available. I remember we had some encidents and they were super responsive and got back to us with the details in less than an hour. They are also very welcoming in terms of legal terms and payments specially if you are a startup. Our account manager Saleh is very responsive and helpfull. I have been working with Unifonic since 1 year relating to WhatsApp for Business & SMS channel solutions. My special thanks to Dima Lutfi for her exceptional & outstanding support. Even during her vacation period she was ready to answer us very quickly. The implementation process was very smooth along with getting in to contract with Unifonic with detailed explaination about the product and its features. The online training sessions also ensured our team, able to fully leverage the software from day one.
