What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

The team at AgencyZoom is responsive to new ideas and suggestions for product improvement. Customer support is easy to access via the built in chat feature. I love that we can build out custom pipelines to manage our business in the way that is best for our clients, staff and agency. I love the opportunity to use AZ to manage our staff and workload. What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

Agencyzoom brings many useful tools to the table when working as an SDR, from prefilled templates for text emails to recycling leads based on follow-up methods, keeping track of activities, and building your workflow through many features like tasks and lead filters. Calls recorded appear on the app, and our IT team's ability to enable integrations makes the sales process in this tool a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

Phone calls through the app did not work for us. We use RingCentral as our softphone; however, we have to dial outside of Agencyzoom to make sure calls get connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I like how everything in AgencyZoom is trackable. We can leave notes, create tasks, save phone recordings, and more in a client's profile. It is very clean and easy to use. The chat feature is great because agents respond and resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

AZ really helped us get a handle on our incoming leads, but where it was especially helpful was getting a handle on our chaotic service requests. The program we were using just wasn't designed to handle our servicing issues like AZ. Their support is quick and easy to work with if we ever have any issues, which are usually user errors. : ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?

I wish the Sales Center and the Service Center "talked" to each other. We go from sold to an audit service pipeline and it would be nice to have all of the notes and files transfer within AZ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencyZoom?

I have been using AZ for years now and it is the best program for my insurance agency that I have ever invested in! The constant updates are amazing! It is so easy to use and navigate I have trained others on Agency zoom and it was super easy for them to implement their routines! The customer support is a click away they are fast. Unfortunately, only a certain number of users are allowed before you are charged more per user. In our agency, not everyone uses the platform, but for it to streamline accurately, you have to have all users included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
