The team at AgencyZoom is responsive to new ideas and suggestions for product improvement. Customer support is easy to access via the built in chat feature. Agencyzoom brings many useful tools to the table when working as an SDR, from prefilled templates for text emails to recycling leads based on follow-up methods, keeping track of activities, and building your workflow through many features like tasks and lead filters. AZ really helped us get a handle on our incoming leads, but where it was especially helpful was getting a handle on our chaotic service requests. The program we were using just wasn't designed to handle our servicing issues like AZ. I have been using AZ for years now and it is the best program for my insurance agency that I have ever invested in! The constant updates are amazing!
