Coming from a previous consultant that started off good and then let things fall off. Any software program is only as good as consultant. Since moving to VistaVu its 180 from where we were. Projects are getting completed and more to come. They have good people who are willing to help and take the time to understand the situation before providing direction on what is needed. What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are small-medium sized company with 6 years of experience with SAP by desing and 3 years with vistavu consulting and it has been a game changer for us. As our company continues to evolve our processes VistaVu has provided multiple time solutions/customization/guidance, etc. Their team expertise makes each project (big and small) a success. This review has to do with a specific technical issue we were having with a customized form. Evrim worked on this issue for quite some time, working with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. At the end, a second, less critical issue came up, which I accepted as-is and moved forward with deploying the form. Evrim stuck with the issue, though, and resolved it so that the form would display and print as needed. His additional time and effort on resolving this went above and beyond my expectations. We really enjoy working with Shannon Kennedy and how clear she is in her understanding and communication of our issues. Charging fees for short email responses is less than ideal but we do understand contextually how it can fall under consulting / paid services. Don't hesitate to reach out to VistaVu when you're unsure if your SAP license is capable of what you're trying to accomplish. They can provide you with the necessary coaching and services to implement new features necessary to complete your projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use VistaVu to manage our SAP Business One license as a rapidly growing company. We originally took on B1 as we were a smaller company but rapidly outgrew our expectations and needed to bolster our SAP capabilities both through upgrades, functionality improvements, as well as Bolt Ons for additional features. At this time. I would like better breakdown SOW's and consultant hours spent on these projects. It is difficult when I hav eto come through the MAS hours and pull out the SOW hours that were recorded as MAS hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their experience and level of knowledge with SAP BYD or any type of intergration with SAP product. VistVu also has a great talent pull when building out a project they are able to provide the right consultant to leverage your goals of differnt projects and tech needs. I have worked with VistaVu on several Intergration projects this year. All project on out 2024 intiative were completed and automated several of our Supply Chain functoins through these integrations. Madeline joined the Benefits COE to support us with Benefits File Feeds (30+) in multiple countries when most had stopped working due to a system upgrade. She successfully created a comprehensive inventory of all file feeds (from scratch), built successful working relationships with the HRIS and IT teams, identify issues, set up a tracking log and managed to resolution over many months. She also set us up for success to continue to manage these file feeds with minimal intervention going forward. Madeline was a joy to work with and a valued extended member of our team. We have recently changed our system from Quickbooks to SAP through VistaVu solutions. We had the pleasure of working with Jamshid Karimov during our recent SAP implementation, and we are extremely impressed with his contributions. Jamshid brought in-depth knowledge of the banking system, along with exceptional tax expertise and a strong ability to resolve complex problems, all of which were crucial to the success of our project.
