What do you like best about Workzoom?

I like that the implementation is very low-key and easy going. No pressure added to complete milestones by pre-determined dates. Staff is easy approchable for customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workzoom?

Although regular meetings are set to discuss progress and issues, I would like to have instant access to my coach when I am stuck in testing certain applications.

I frequently struggle with the application being stalled or doesn't update, which slows me down a bid. Refresh - clear cache - refresh - log out - log on, still not working.... waiting longer ....and so on.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization is implementing Workzoom, and our account reps have been great as we work towards going live. The creation of our sandbox has already led to valuable employee insights and helped us put a smile on employees' faces by being able to recognize service milestones in real time. We didnt have an HR system and therefore has provided a solution for HR and the business that is driving effiiciencies and changing manager / employee behaviours.
