"Fourteen Years Later — Still the Easiest, Most Reliable Form Builder for Our Non-Profit!"
What do you like best about WPForms?

What I like best about WPForms is its ease of use — it’s so intuitive that even without any technical background, I was able to build and manage all our forms with confidence. I use it frequently, and every time, I’m reminded how seamless the implementation and integration are with the rest of our website. The platform offers an impressive number of intuitive features, from conditional logic to smart notifications, all designed to make form creation effortless. On top of that, their customer support is amazing — always responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to solving problems. After 14 years of using WPForms for everything from volunteer sign-ups to donation forms, I can honestly say it’s one of the most dependable and user-friendly tools we’ve ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

That is probably the price! It can be a bit steep for small non-profits in a developing country like ours. Thankfully, WPForms offers a non-profit discount, which really helps make it more accessible. Without that, it would definitely be a challenge for us to maintain. Other than that, it’s been such a reliable and user-friendly tool that I honestly don’t have much to complain about! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Form Creation with Feature-Rich Platform"
What do you like best about WPForms?

I have been using WPForms for over four years across more than 20 websites, and its impact has been remarkable. I initially chose WPForms over other vendors because of its extensive templates library and the user-friendly form builder, which significantly simplified the form creation process. The release of layout and repeater features has been significant for customizing form responsiveness, encouraging me to continue using it extensively. WPForms' geolocation and prefilled features have notably enhanced user experience and effectively increased the number of leads generated from various landing pages. The repeater field, in particular, stands out as the best feature, streamlining the management of complex form data. Additionally, the hidden fields for calculations enable me to create forms with advanced conditional logic without cluttering the user's view. Its seamless integration with automation tools like Zapier for CRM processes and Google Sheets makes workflow management exceptionally robust and efficient. Recommending it to others is a given due to its capability to empower businesses needing effective client communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

{"I find customizing the form responsiveness challenging initially, which required WPForms to release new features like layout and repeater to meet my needs.","I wish WPForms' forms were accessibility approved, as this is a requirement in many countries.","I would appreciate if WPForms offered a 1-week trial for new users who want to try pro or elite features, instead of only a money-back guarantee period."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I find this plugin best of best"
What do you like best about WPForms?

Easy to use, Easy to configure, Generating form very quickly, straightforward and beautiful user interface, Sending an email is the best option, Survey Feature is also very good. I use it with our exhibition, generating impressive statistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

I wouldn't say I like the payment auto-renewal system. Wpfroms should ask before dedicating an amount from your card. I don't like their renewal amount because those are different from starting price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WPForms stands out as one of the most reliable and user-friendly WordPress form solutions available."
What do you like best about WPForms?

The best part about WPForms is how quickly you can build functional, professional-looking forms with their drag-and-drop builder. It saves time for developers and makes it easy for non-technical clients to manage their own forms without breaking the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

The only drawback is that some of the more advanced features like payment integrations, surveys, and conditional logic are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller businesses on a tight budget, that can feel limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Upgrading to PRO WPForms has been a major timesaver!"
What do you like best about WPForms?

The complete suite of plugins available in this program. Polls and Surveys has been a great time saver; Form Locker has allowed me to schedule forms to shut down instead of me rushing to close them if I forget to do it manually; Smart Logic has been a great way to correct my coding mistakes, and the Dropbox feature and Payment feature saves me time in invoicing after receiving a clients form. Now they just pay online and upload their add to our Dropbox.

I find the interface to me easy to use and quite intuitive. Placing objects is easy and if I need to change things around it is easy to move sections around.

Customer support has always been helpful and I can count on a response the same day or early the next.

I use this product on a daily basis to run our organizations website and keep information flowing for our annual event and finding new ways to collect data necessary for future events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

I really can't find any flaws so far in the use of this program. As I use this suite on a daily basis I keep finding new ways to collect information. Using the PRO version has greatly increased my productivity, so I still haven't found problems with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WPForms: The Ultimate Form Solution for WordPress"
What do you like best about WPForms?

What I like best about WPForms is the perfect balance between power and simplicity. As someone who isn't particularly technical, I'm amazed at how intuitive the drag-and-drop builder is - I can create professional forms in minutes rather than hours.

The Stripe integration has been a game-changer for my business. Setting up payment forms with recurring options was surprisingly straightforward, and the webhook functionality ensures all my systems stay in sync without manual intervention.

I also love that I can customize everything with CSS when needed. While the default designs look great, being able to tweak colors, spacing, and styles to match my brand exactly gives me complete control without needing to hire a developer.

The pre-built templates save me tremendous time, and the conditional logic features help me create smart forms that adapt to user inputs. Overall, WPForms has dramatically improved how I collect information and process payments on my website! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

The form builder, though intuitive, can sometimes be a bit finicky when trying to create complex multi-column layouts. I've occasionally had to start over when trying to make detailed adjustments to field positioning.

The CSS customization, while powerful, isn't beginner-friendly. I had to learn some basic CSS to make the styling changes I wanted, as there's no visual style editor for those who aren't comfortable with code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use but pretty expensive"
What do you like best about WPForms?

Very easy for non-techy people to build quite complicated forms, I used it to build a registration form for a one off conference style event. The block style editor will be familiar to anyone who uses WordPress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

The price, it is very expensive, if like me you only need it to build one or two forms. I would like to see a pay as you go model offered. If they did that I would definitely recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
