Good things, I have found about using Zoho Commerce:-
1. For existing Zoho users, the seamless integration is like a game-changer. They will experience excellent connectivity with other Zoho apps and third-party tools, reducing operational silos.
2. It is more affordable than some other platforms like Shopify Plus or BigCommerce.
3. Easy setup and navigation with guided steps. Helpful for beginners.
4. Responsive, multi-channel customer support that ensures users have options to raise if they face any issue.
5. It is like one-stop service, which covers all the essential e-commerce functionalities a user may require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are also few Not-So-Good Stuff:-
1. If you want integration with other systems, outside of Zoho ecosystem, you might require technical expertise.
