The composable and modern architecture lets us adopt what we need—XM Cloud, CDP, Personalize, Content Hub—without being forced into a monolithic setup. Integrations are now easier thanks to API-first design and headless support. On top of that, the auto upgrade with XM Cloud has removed the burden of version upgrades, letting our teams focus on delivering value instead of worrying about infrastructure and patches.
