Customizable options are plentiful, and they provide you the support you need to learn and figure out how to set up campaigns to not just "meet the need" but you can set your business apart if you take the time to learn and use support to help you set it up right the first time. Best part is that it is accurate and precise. I have worked on other platforms that are "missing time" - calls would just go missing, and it was counted as an acceptable deviation - Not on Ringba. You can count on precision. Love the back-end invite ability, which makes it the right tool.
