What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I love how stable Zoom is and how consistently it works, even with large calls. The UI is very intuitive and it doesn’t require any training for new users. I also like that Zoom keeps adding features on top of meetings, like whiteboards, team chat, AI summaries, and scheduling tools. It centralizes most of the collaboration in one place, so we don’t have to jump between multiple tools. The video and audio quality is also better than many alternatives. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes there are too many features in the menu and the UX can feel a little crowded. There are many settings and they are not always easy to find. Also, some features feel like they overlap with each other and can be confusing if you don’t use them often. What do you like best about Quo?

We use Quo every day with our business and at this point I don't think we could work without it! Super easy to get everyone set up through Quo. I appreciate the visual transcription of the audio voicemails so that even when I am unable to answer a client's call I still have a clearly written note to reference their concerns while speaking with them! The ease of use to be able to answer calls from anywhere is such a convenience that I would not trade for anything. Now with the addition of Sona we know our calls are going to be handled seamlessly. “Nextiva Helps Our Farm to be Connected and Efficient”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

I thank Nextiva for fining a solution that really fits my business. I have my own Farm that I not like a business, but as a part of myself, I've had in for decades. But there always was an issues with our Service, since we live in a rural area, we do have horrible cellular data, so I reached out to a couple of my colleges and they recommended to use Nextiva, and specifically their land lines that can be connected through the wifi. I can't say much about implementation, since one of my younger guys on site was managing it, since he spends more time next to his desktop, but when he explained me how it went, and what we can do now, I was happy that we finally have service like this. We use both nextiva phones and desktop apps, and the different in communication quality is HUGE. Also in case call is unanswered we do forward it to cell phone, but it rarely happens, and we obviously use simple things we used before, like voicemails, sms, contacts. They solve our key problems like missed calls, and scattered communication across farm operations. After we signed up with Nextiva we felt a huge improvement and relive regarding out communication complexity. Also we are renting the deskphones, our account executive suggested us not to purchase, but test first. The web app is extremely responsive - loading times are minimal, and I rarely experience lag or delays when jumping between inbox, sent items or search.

Keyboard shortcuts are richly implemented, which means I can triage, compose and archive messages at high pace without touching the mouse.

Attachments cannot always be opened directly within the client: in some cases I must download the file first before viewing, which disrupts a seamless workflow.

There is no dedicated task-manager section or “elevated to-do board” view (e.g., similar to Trello) for items that emerge from email threads and require tracking over time.

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

My experience in using join.me for the past 2 years has been very exciting and solving many issues of remote connection and communication with hybrid team of office users, remote users and on-site workers. Using it for weekly meeting discussion or as emergency meeting session is easy, to host a new video conference is quick, adding new member to participate only require their email. Two option to entering the platform, either install the software on computer, or implement it easily from smartphone. Even though they don't give access to many integration option, the available integration with Miro is easy and very efficient for virtual whiteboard operation. What do you dislike about net2phone?

The service itself is good technically, but the little details are not so good. In a way, our previous landline service did at least a few more things that we need, compared to this service. Granted, the phones we purchased were low-end and that contributes to the problem, I'm sure, but things like directory creation and changes are much harder than they should be, in my opinion. Forwarding a voicemail from the phone itself and not just from email is another option we really miss. What do you dislike about NUACOM?

NUACOM needs a certain minimum speed + stable upload/download for VoIP to work well. If bandwidth dips, calls might drop, but with stable connectivity at our site we're hopeful this won't affect us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aonmeetings video conference and webinar platform?

For a school being busy, it's nice to not have to update every time we want to have a meeting since the platform is 100% browser-based.

The features that come with the subscription fit our needs without having to purchase or upgrade to a different plan, and the ability to have webinars without having to purchase add-ons is a plus! Everything is easy to use such as live polling, breakout rooms, and even assigning moderator controls to multiple attendees helps streamline our sessions.

AONMeetings was easy for our staff to implement since all you need is a browser. We were up and running within a day.

We use AONMeetings almost on a weekly basis for board meetings, trainings, professional development with teachers, and meet with parents and have integrated it into our SIS.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings video conference and webinar platform?

Overall AONMeetings is a great product. The only thing we'd like to see is full compatibility with Safari and Firefox browsers, which would be a plus, but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

AONMeetings is helping us stay connected to our parents and staff, and allowing us our board to meet more often and accomplish more tasks. What do you like best about Dialaxy?

I have been using VoIP for a year now and as time goes most of them has increased their prices which has made really hard buy virtual numbers from them but Dialaxy offers US and Canadian numbers in very affordable prices which was really amazing but i had my doubts may be their is less features or their may be hidden cost but after using it its just an amazing service their are a lot of advanced features and essential features. I am a Project Manager and our company has employees from various country. So, for me discuss with the employees located on US and Canada has been really easy all thanks to Dialaxy. What do you like best about 3CX?

As the administrator of our 3CX system, I find the implementation and configuration process to be very straightforward and easy to follow. Setting it up does not take much time, allowing you to get started quickly. I appreciate the availability of a cloud option, which eliminates the need for on-premise hardware. Physical handsets are also unnecessary, thanks to the mobile client and desktop software. Their customer support is excellent, with knowledgeable staff who resolve issues promptly. We rely on 3CX for all our communication needs. Integrating it into our existing network is simple and can be completed in under an hour. What do you dislike about 3CX?

I am frustrated by how often support is withdrawn for third-party requirements such as handsets and SIP Trunk providers. 3CX has certainly helped our business reduce call costs. By taking advantage of its unique features, we are able to use the internet for our daily calls.
