I have been using VoIP for a year now and as time goes most of them has increased their prices which has made really hard buy virtual numbers from them but Dialaxy offers US and Canadian numbers in very affordable prices which was really amazing but i had my doubts may be their is less features or their may be hidden cost but after using it its just an amazing service their are a lot of advanced features and essential features. I am a Project Manager and our company has employees from various country. So, for me discuss with the employees located on US and Canada has been really easy all thanks to Dialaxy. The best thing I like about Dialaxy is how easy it is to use and how easy it is to setup. I work as a Backlink builder on off-page seo and daily I have to deal with tons of clients mostly of USA and I was worried that VoIP would be very technical to use or it may not work for me but after using it I realized it is not that hard or technical its actually like your regular app similar to WhatsApp with far more better features. I bought multiple US number from various states and it was affordable and it has really helped my work. Also their customer support is very helpful, they helped me any time I had any queries. As a new user of Dialaxy, I am very impressed by Dialaxy team they were very responsive and available whenever I was struggling. I wanted to buy a US phone number and use it as a business phone number to organize my business calls and separate it with my personal calls. Dialaxy's support team helped in ever step and was very patient and helped me buy US phone number. They also helped me to figure out the legal process to get US virtual number. I heard a lot about VoIP and saw many businesses starting to use them but I was never convinced it can be that good as their are alternatives such as Zoom and Google Meet. But after using Dialaxy, I get it why it is a game changer. I'm a software engineer in a huge company and we have a huge team and sometime the communication flow can really be breached and the communication gap really directly effected our team performance but after using Dialaxy and there multiple call features has helped our communication flow we can easily route calls to specified person and forward calls whenever needed and also we can make call with multiple participants which has really helped our work and communication flow. I am a salesperson and customer support and my job also requires to deal with foreign clients mostly US clients as they are our main target customer but communicating with them was very hard through zoom call or google meet we had to use multiple platforms just to have good communication with them then i was recommended to use Dialaxy which has really changed our business communication with our foreign clients in a great way. I have used various features call forwarding, call routing, call tracking, SMS and mms and also i have bought an us international number which was really easy to register with dialaxy's support. I am using Dialaxy for my business to improve bother internal and external communication between our team and customers. Dialaxy is not just excellent for virtual numbers and for international but it can also be great help to improve your own team communication and with your local customers. Dialaxy is good. I have used couple of VoIP and recently came across Dialaxy and it claimed to have many features with very very affordable price compared to other VoIP providers. There are a lot of very useful and advanced features and it provides US and Canadian numbers in very affordable prices which is very useful for our business. What I don't dislike about Dialaxy is it claims to have a lot fetaures and integrations but once you try to use it says its coming soon which feels like clickbait and also Dialaxy needs update and bring new features and more international numbers. We run an advertising agency and we wanted to expand our business on US market and also wanted to do local reach out and our strategy included to buy us numbers on bulk from different location and generating leads on various location but we were worried that it would take a lot of time but with Dialaxy and its very very affordable price it was very extremely easy to buy us numbers and we bought on bulk and it roughly took 2 days which was very quick. I say Dialaxy is best virtual phone system, because there is no any hidden subscriptions as I have seen in many other VoIP system also Dialaxy is really affordable in comparison to other VoIP providers. Dialaxy also has best customer support they were available anytime I had any problem. I work in a Finance Company and one of my job is keep track of all the clients from inside and outside the valley which keeping their track manually is very hard and recently my friend recommended me Dialaxy. First of all, for a new user like me it was not hard to set up my account it was very easy to use and a guy from support helped me all the way. Also beacuse of thier call routing, forwarding and call history features it has been really easy for me keep tracks of my clients. Dialaxy has really really helped me to keep track on my clients.
