For help with a hosted account, billing, workspace access, or an existing migration, contact us from the email address associated with your Kanera account. Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, private workspace content, or payment card details.
Include the workspace name and a concise description of what happened. If an error is involved, the approximate time and the steps that led to it are usually enough for us to begin investigating.
Start with the documentation for deployment, configuration, the REST API, webhooks, and Kanera MCP. If the published guidance does not answer your question, share the relevant version, deployment method, and the document or endpoint you were following.
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to [email protected]. Include affected components, reproduction steps, impact, and any supporting evidence that can be shared safely. Please follow the coordinated disclosure process in our security policy.
