This Tv movie offers a topic that Yves Boisset could also have used. The "untold" manipulation from the government in order to fight against terrorism in the early eighties; a very "hot" period for Europe. And, in order, to obtain, achieve their purposes, their goals, the officials decide to use the most awful means, they decide to use those terrorists groups...It is also question of an undercover cop, François Cluzet, in charge to infiltrate those groups. It is bitter but could have been grittier. I don't think it could have been a gross if it ad been released in movie theaters; it was best to be on TV only, for home audiences. Good intent anyway.
