Or DELIVERANCE meets FAIR PLAY. So, to summarize, an adventure drama in total consistency to what the French short feature industry can bring at its best. Here no metaphysics comedy crap, as we too often see in short movies, but a mix up of drama, social drama, adventure, and a spice - just a little spice - of horror and mystery. Maybe too many ingredients in such a short film, but after all, it is French. A group of employees in the same company decide to organize and attend a fishing party on a lake in the middle of the mountains, besides a dam. It is question of a drowned village, here since decades.... Then the horror begins. I did not expect this element because, from the beginning, it is question of some of those employees about to get fired from their company: this is the social element. Unfortunately, but I know it is wanted in the script, some things remain unexplained. This is the mystery link. Yes, worth watching.
