I'm watching this series, it's nice and interesting (although the original French has some better things, I like the American actors better).
Now, after watching Episode 5, I honestly didn't know whether laugh or just be left stunned. I'm talking the "Ava's pill issue".
Correct me if I'm wrong: Ava's father (Roman) left 15 years ago, when she was at least one, maybe two-year-old.
Therefore she should now be sixteen/seventeen.
So, what would be the problem in her having sex, at least with a normal boyfriend, a school-mate?
Why should this be worrying so much that it became a joke, just because "it's clearly absurd, shocking, that she's having sex for real"?
Bah.

In High Potential Season 1 Episode 5, the jungle is filled with lively characters, including animals and Karadec. The episode is filled with random facts and information, making it difficult to keep track of them. Morgan and Karadec act like siblings, with Morgan taking care of Karadec after she shot him in the neck with a tranquilizer gun and securing Karadec's date with Aubrey Brown Hair Bumble. The most shocking part of the episode is that Karadec doesn't give Morgan a big speech about shooting him in the neck. This shows progress and the growing connection between Karadec and Morgan. Daphne and Oz are also active and leading the case almost as much as Karadec and Morgan. They are a dynamic duo that enjoys all the parts that come with responsibility. Ludo, a welcomed addition to the story, is always a welcomed addition to the story. We love a dad who enjoys all the parts that come with responsibility. The episode highlights the growing connection between Karadec and Morgan and the importance of investing in a home gym. In my review of High Potential Season 1 Episode 2, I criticized the show for portraying a dad getting paid to watch his kids as "babysitting." However, I found Ludo to be a great dad and fully support this financial loophole. Morgan, on the other hand, showed resilience and growth as a mother, despite her struggles. The episode's decision-making was praised for its realistic portrayal of parenting. While I am not a parent, I agree with Ludo that snooping can be a slippery slope, and Morgan's handling of the situation was commendable. The realistic portrayal of parenting is perfect. Ludo (Taran Killam) and Morgan need to work through their issues to have a happy home. Morgan has a big heart for Ludo, whom she still cares for. The only ding I had for this episode was the case, which was confusing and complicated. Adam Hagenbuch (American Horror Stories) did an excellent job with the character Shane Seger. I don't blame Monica for making some wrong choices with Monica, but I had to turn a fan on when Morgan and Karadec interrogated him. I doubt we'll see Shane again, but it's possible that he could end up in the cop's crosshairs again trying to regain his son. The murders will eventually lighten up enough for Morgan to remember her missing ex. I also had to check myself for ear dimples, which I had never heard of before this episode. Overall, the episode showcases the challenges faced by parents and the importance of addressing issues in order to create a happy home for both families.
