Imani Hakim from Everybody Hates Chris grew up and directed this amazing episode???? WOW!
Talk about pay-off. It started kinda slowly, but man did it get me at the end. One of the best endings ever. I'm dying here not to give it any spoilers. But it was just a total back to form.
The progression of feelings was really well done. I couldn't imagine that character could believably show that side and then have it go into a crazy direction as good old It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
I still feel it's kinda silent. The core sountrack used to play a bigger role in the show. Now it's kinda forgotten, which sometimes makes episodes feel a little silent at the end of some scenes, but it has improved from some seasons ago. That's the only point I think could improve.
OHHHHH Mac is Back!!! Mac is not mopey and dead as in the last few seasons. He seems to be back to being outrageous and trying to be a badass.
Let's GO!!!!!

Always sunny has to be the greatest show of all time with family guy and sopranoes and breaking bad to be this funny for 20 years is incredibly difficult to do but if there is one team to do it it's the always sunny cast the most funniest cast of all time you would think that these guys are tired of doing the show over and over again year in and out but they look like they just started the first season with the energy these guys are giving off. Thank you to the cast and crew cause this ep was freaking amazing and when does always sunny not have the best writing. The writing and the vibe of this episode were what we needed thanks crew let's go another 20 years.

I really thought they were going to use this episode to kill off frank, but in a nice and sweet way and an emotional ending, but the ending they gave was even more IASIP than I could've imagined. I hope that is what they were going for because if so it's genius.
As for the brilliant cameo I thought he could've possibly had more screen time or even a possible better story, but I assume it was just to show how far down they could fall without frank in the world of business, so I didn't mind it at all.
Overall one of my favourite episodes as it was actually quite emotional toward the end and built up the twist as best as possible.

After watching this episode, I've come to the conclusion that cakes aren't just for birthdays-they're the future.
The main story in this episode is that some tickling might have caused Frank's death.
So has the actor quit the show? Is this really his last episode? I don't follow the news much, so I was confused till the end about whether this was his final appearance as Frank or not. Is it? You'll have to watch and see.
Overall, the show is still fun to watch. The creators aren't like, "We've made 16 seasons already, let's just ruin it now and make it dumb and boring." No! They're still putting in effort.
I'll definitely be watching the rest of the episodes-hoping to see Mary (the waitress) and David (Cricket) this season too.

I'm not sure but I didn't really vibe with the episode and am kinda surprised with the ratings here, it seems that people really loved this episode.
But I can see why they like it. This episode feels more like a classic Sunny episode, especially compared to the last episode.
There is a classic Sunny setup and payoff here that, for some reason, I did not see coming, even though it should be pretty obvious if you pay attention.
I thought maybe behind the scenes Danny DeVito didn't feel like lying down, and that's why "he: looked like that, but the twist was so much better, and I did not expect it.
I say kinda meh because honestly, the whole plot with the gala thing wasn't really funny or memorable, and it kinda wasted a guest actor. I thought the plot didn't really lead to much of anything and wasn't really funny.
The B plot with Dee was more interesting and emotional, but that one was also mostly Dee sitting on a couch eating popcorn and then going and sitting on a bed, and that was the whole thing.
So overall, for me personally, unlike seemingly everybody else who thought this was a 9 or 10, this episode wasn't really that funny as a whole, but the ending is really great and saves it for me.
The season so far hasn't been that memorable, apart from this ending, but I hope the next episodes are gonna be better like season 16, which had a couple of banger episodes.
