Bottle For Dream Island

Its funny how everyone thought tpot 15 would never be topped, but to be real, this feels like the better 15. Theres a really good message in this episode, that works off the message in the previous episode as well. Some arcs conclude, some progress, and some start up. Its all really well done, and i didnt hate any characters, even the silly bottle that i hated in tpot 12. Plus, it even somehow made everything that was a slight issue in tpot 16, WAY better written.

However, what i REALLY wanna talk about is this one 5 second shot that may be one of the best visual gags in the whole series. It's a shot where a character is doing a browser search on their phone, and while typing there are so many good visuals, followed immediately by drama videos thumbnails and a compilation video within the object show universe. Its so random to put in that much effort, but i love how this one shot turned out lmao.

Anyways, any critical person hating on bottle's humor is clearly forgetting the show's target audience. While being serious, the episode still is able to be a pretty fun time, which is the kind of thing my favorite movies/shows fall under. Great work overall, and heres to hoping we keep the back to back to backs going. Now, im gonna remind myself how far sam has come by watching post split.
