The little boy who loses his balloon in a recurring goal in this game reappears in the Ultimate Spider-Man (2005) video game. He is the first person that the player devours when they use Venom. The part with Venom is a nod to this video game, where the task of returning the balloon back to the boy was considered extremely annoying by game players who played "Spider-Man 2".

Not as expected !

I recently played the windows version of this game, but I think the PS version of this game is much better than the PC version (I saw in videos). The web swinging in PC version is really disgusting. Therefore free roaming in this game is not a good thing to do in this game. If I talk about the graphics, then it is fine according to the date of its release. Animations are also fine. Missions are not so good and interesting as I expected. So I can easily say that this game is not as my expectations. I didn't gave any star to this video game because I didn't play other versions of this game. But the PC version of this game is really bad.
