Incredibly bad acting all around.
Incredibly bad dialogue.
Incredibly bad delivery.
Incredibly bad direction.
I usually avoid Filipino series because they usually all suffer from all of the above.
This is a poor attempt to copy the South Korean style of including their cuisine in most every scene. But South Korean heroes are handsome masculine males who excel at romantic liaisons and whose kisses are spectacular. Their leading ladies are mostly beautiful. They resist the current trend of politically correct character inclusions which have no bearing on the story.
This series had no discernible strong plot - a chef whose daddy is trying to make him fail?? Do we ever learn why? A female sous chef who has as much appeal as a boiled potato and no attempt to explain how she and Chico suddenly fell in love out of the blue.
I'm not surprised the restaurant failed when the staff stood at the table and watched them eating - not to mention how they revealed the lady's personal plans whilst they were at it.
It's not only Chef Chico who should be replaced - but the entire cast and crew.
