Robert's older brother, Thomas Kellard was briefly a bit part actor at Fox. He later quite the business and worked for Lockheed Aircraft and Shipbuilding.
Actors must realize their prime passers. Some don't and today they live in a yesterday of memories, standing on the corner, telling some tourist how great they once were and hoping for a five-cent handout.
