Tim is a multiple award winning Australian television writer / producer / showrunner. Over thirty-five years, he has written and produced some of Australia's most popular and critically acclaimed television dramas and comedies.
Tim is an executive producer / showrunner on Seasons 1 & 2 of My Life is Murder for Network Ten and Acorn TV. Prior to this, he was an executive producer / showrunner on the hit series Love Child for the Nine Network. On both projects he has devised all story lines, led the writing teams and written screenplays. He is one of the most sought after script executives in the country.
Tim has won numerous awards for his writing, including Australian Writers Guild and Australian Film Institute awards. His produced projects have also been awarded multiple Logie, AFI, Screen Composer and Directors Guild awards.
Tim's many credits include: My Life is Murder, Love Child, House Husbands, Old School, The Doctor Blake Mysteries, The Straits, Emerald Falls, All Saints, The Strip, White Collar Blue, Scorched, Stupid, Stupid Man, My Place, Lockie Leonard, SeaChange, Wildside, Changi, Grass Roots, Water Rats, E Street, A Country Practice and many others.
From 2016 to 2018, Tim was the Head of Development for Scripted Ink., a script development company created by NCIS Show runner, Shane Brennan.
