Debbie Robins de La Bouillerie was a highly respected executive and culture expert with deep roots in the entertainment industry. She had over 30,000 hours in her field and enjoyed global recognition by her piers. In 2009 Debbie was named one of the top executive and leadership coaches in the country. Debbie was affiliated with the prestigious Rockport Institute of Career Change and Counseling in Washington D.C. , lauded by president Bill Clinton as pioneers in the field. She was a recipient of a Masters degree in the field of Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in Los Angeles California.

A world class professional, Debbie had extensive expertise in helping clients attain sustainable professional success.. Her moniker: success is an inside job- inside yourself (your thinking) and inside your company (your culture). Organizations with driven and hyper connected cultures make them an unstoppable force in an ever-changing world.

Debbie was a go-to person for advice, she appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox News. She was on syndicated radio shows through out the country. She was a featured blogger for the Huffington Post. She was a best selling author, her first book, a best seller, "Where Peace Lives" enjoyed endorsement from Deepak Chopra , Gore Vidal, Maria Shriver Arianna Huffington, Penny Marshal, just to name a few. She had just finished adapting the book to a screenplay with her husband. Her second book "Shovel it! Kick-Ass advice to Turn Life's Crap into the peace and Happiness You Deserve" hosted celebrity chapters by many of her C-suit friends. Her books were an organic extension of her passion to help people make the choices that will give them successful lives. She had just finishing her new book with her husband , "Where Happiness Lives" which will be published in 2016.

For over twenty years she was an established Hollywood film and television producer. She was president of Roland Joffe's Warner Brothers company. A producing partner of John McTiernan and Donna Dubrow, a producing partner with Penny Marshall, and vice-president of production at Disney's Hollywood pictures. She produced, "Calendar Girl", "Amanda", "Fat Man And Little Boy", The Right to Remain Silent" , " The Apocalypse" , "The Challenger", "Samaritan, The Mitch Snyder Story", and "Boner the Dog" the first internet series.

Debbie graduated cum laude from Kenyon College. She was married for over twenty-five years to film direct/writer/editor Hubert de La Bouillerie. She had two step children who she adored and mentored, Alexandre de La Bouillerie and Jacqueline de La Bouillerie.
