For over 20 years until his departure in July 1996, Bill was an in-vision continuity announcer for Tyne Tees TV in Newcastle. He has also voiced over 10,000 commercials!!
In his native North East England, Bill is probably best known for his work with Tyne Tees Television as an announcer and news presenter between 1976 and 1996.
