- Born in America and raised in Dublin and Boston. A versatile actor, he made his stage debut in Oscar Wilde's 'Lady Windermere's Fan' at the prestigious Gate theatre in Dublin. He studied in New York at the Circle in the Square theatre school and at the Lee Strasberg Institute. After finishing there, he worked in Broadway and off Broadway productions, most notably, the U.S premiere of Brian Friel's adaptation of 'Uncle Vanya' in Lincoln center.
