Matthew R. "Matt" Bragg, also known as AxialMatt, is a Rooster Teeth employee and a member of Achievement Hunter, who gained popularity by making videos for Community Hunter. He was officially hired on July 6, 2014 at Achievement Hunter's RTX Panel at RTX 2014.
Matt Bragg was born on June 6, 1990 as Matthew Ringer Bragg in Aiken, South Carolina, USA. Though originally from Aiken, South Carolina, he grew up in South Carolina and moved to Austin, Texas while working with Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter following his employment at RTX 2014. Matt is a fully fledged Rooster Teeth employee and an Achievement Hunter member presently working as an editor, content creator, Minecraft Builder and recurring host who joined the Rooster Teeth family in July 6, 2014. In addition to his Achievement Hunter videos and series, he's known for creating maps used in episodes of Let's Play Minecraft.
While in South Carolina and prior to his employment at Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter, he started working part time at his family's heating and air conditioning business as his very first job. He was around 14 or 15 years old. He also actually had worked at a small PC repair business.
Before fame, He first gained popularity for his series of videos he created titled MegaCraft, which was one of the most popular of Community Hunter until the series' move to the main Achievement Hunter YouTube channel. It gained such popularity that it was eventually moved from Community Hunter to the main Achievement Hunter channel. He's grown incredibly popular on social media, clocking in at more than 40,000 followers on his Twitter account @Axialmatt alone. He is also notable for being the creator of various maps used in some early episodes of Let's Play Minecraft, including Mineball, Grifball and Achievement Raceway. He has worked with fellow Achievement Hunter content creator and host Jeremy Dooley.
