Michael Chapman is an American animator, writer, voice actor and director known for co-creating Homestar Runner alongside Craig Zobel, originally as a children's book. He voiced the Powered by the Cheat variations of the characters and Teeg Dougland from the Limozeen segments. He also wrote episodes for animated Disney cartoons such as Wander over Yonder and Two More Eggs.
