Andrew Sogamoso

Andrew, a California native, has a great passion for film and storytelling. His parents emigrated from Colombia, South America in 1955 in search of the American Dream, not for themselves but for their children. Andrew is the middle child of three siblings. He embarked in screenwriting as early as 1999 and spent time working with such notable mentors as Jack Gilbert, head of the Warner Brothers Writers Workshop at the time. In 2017, he met a female writer/director and joined forces with her as a co-writer for a feature film called Serial Beauty, in post production ( July 2023). In addition, Andrew has short film projects in the stages of pre-production and post production; Home by the Sea, The Gravity of God, The lady of Lacrimosa, XOXO My Love and On Holy Ground in the effort to develop them into full feature films. Andrew also brings to the table an extensive background of experience as a corporate tax manager. He was appointed CFO of High Water Films.
